Shipping Overview
We want you to enjoy our products without any hidden charges. That’s why we offer free shipping on all orders across India. We currently deliver across India through trusted delivery partners, and international delivery will be introduced soon.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours, excluding Sundays and holidays. All products are freshly prepared and packed using food-grade packaging to ensure quality and safety during transit.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location. Metro cities usually receive orders within 2–4 business days, non-metro areas within 4–7 business days, and remote locations may take up to 10 business days. Delivery times may be affected during festivals or due to courier-related delays.
Shipping Charges & Payment
Shipping is completely free, with no additional charges applied at any stage. We currently accept only secure prepaid payment methods, including UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order in real time through the courier partner’s website.
Delivery Attempts & Re-shipping
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice. If the order is undelivered due to incorrect details or unavailability, it will be returned to us (RTO). Re-shipping can be arranged upon request.
